  • What is The Well?
The Well is more than just a gym—it’s a community wellness hub in Canton, Mississippi, where people come to move, connect, and grow stronger together. We offer fitness classes, host private events, and a supportive atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
  • Where are you located?
We’re located in the heart of Canton, MS, on the historic square at 217 West Peace Street, Canton, MS 39046
  • What are your hours of operation?
Our class schedule varies by day, and the building opens around class times. You can check our full schedule and hours on our website or app.
  • What makes you different than other gyms?
The Well is more than fitness—it’s community. We’re a welcoming, judgment-free space where movement meets connection, and every class is built to uplift and inspire. We believe that fitness is much more effective when it's fun, so we focus on group classes where you can feed off of the energy of others.
  • Why should I go here versus a traditional gym?
Many of our clients recognize that going into a gym and spending countless hours on a treadmill or trying to figure out what weight to use doesn't work for them. They see much better results surrounded by friends and a coach who is there to motivate and push them towards their goals.
  • I currently work with a personal trainer... Do I need this?
If you are happy with your results, why would you change what is working? However, if you like our many clients who were paying hundreds of dollars to a personal trainer with no real results it may be time to try something new!
  • Is The Well just for women?
Not at all! The Well is open to everyone regardless of gender or fitness level.
  • Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available in front of the building and around the square.
  • Is childcare available during classes?
For mature and well-behaved children, we have strong wifi and a seating area for children who can supervise themselves. For kids with tablets or phones, we strongly recommend headphones. Our children's area is not staffed.
  • Can my kids workout with me?
We absolutely allow well-behaved and attentive children to work out with their parents. However, if a child is not following the coach's instructions or endangering others, they will not be allowed to participate. The same rates apply to children.
  • How do I contact you?
You can reach us at (601) 691 - 2277 or email us at info@meetAtTheWell.com.
  • What membership options do you offer?
We offer several options including $10 drop-in classes, an All Access 2-week pass (for new members), and our No Strings Attached Membership Pass. Learn more at https://www.meetatthewell.com/ourpricing
  • Do you have a free trial or intro offer?
Sadly, we no longer offer a free trial, but we now have a 14-day Unlimited Trial for just $25—an affordable way for new clients to explore our classes and community.
  • How do I sign up for a class or membership?
You can sign up through our website, the "Walla" app, or stop by in person. We’re happy to help you get started!
  • What’s the difference between the All Access Membership Pass and The No Strings Attached Membership?
The All Access Membership pass is $59.99 and gets you unlimited classes at The Well. This amazing value requires a minimum 6-month commitment and has an early cancellation fee of $120. The No Strings Attached Membership is $79.99 per month and gets you access to unlimited classes. This membership can be cancelled at any time without penalty. Whether you stay for a short time, or for a long time, there is a membership for you!
  • Do you offer any discounts (senior, student, etc.)?
Sadly, we do not offer any discounts at this time. Our monthly membership options make our classes as affordable as $1.15 per class.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards online and in person, and insurance benefits for eligible programs.
  • Can I pay per class or do I need a membership?
Yes, we offer $10 drop-in rates for each class, no membership is required!
  • What is your refund policy?
We don’t offer refunds for used classes or expired passes, but we’ll always do our best to make things right.
  • How many classes should I take?
As many as you want! On a serious note, members who take at least one cardio and one strength training class per week see results the fastest. On average our members attend approx. 5 classes per week.
  • What should I bring to class?
Wear workout clothes, sneakers, and bring water. Depending on the class, we may be using mats and weights. We have a few available; however, if you have any that you would like to use, feel free to bring them.
  • Do you offer virtual or on-demand classes?
Yes! Our on-demand library is available 24/7 for just $9.99/month—or free with the Unlimited Pass. Head over to www.MeetAtTheWell.com/OnDemand for more info.
  • What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of fun and welcoming classes like Sit and Get Fit, Line Dancing, Sculpt, Wake Up and Work, Yoga, and Burn with Vern. There’s something for every level and interest.
  • Do I have to sign up ahead?
We strongly recommend signing up online ahead of time. This makes checking in much faster, and also avoids you showing up to a class that has been cancelled. The online calendar always has the most up-to-date info.
