Mat Pilates @ The Well

You don’t need to be flexible, coordinated, or “fit enough” to start Pilates — you just need to show up. Mat Pilates at The Well is a mat-based class designed for every woman—whether you’re a total beginner or already active. You’ll strengthen your core, improve posture, and tone your body in ways that feel empowering, not punishing.

What To Expect

  1. All Levels Welcome: Every movement can be modified or intensified so you can work at your pace.

  2. No Fancy Equipment Needed: We stick to mats, light weights, and body control — no reformer required.

  3. Supportive Coaching: Coach Kendra guides you through each movement with gentle corrections and encouragement.

  4. Vibe Check: Calm music, positive energy, and a “you got this” community that cheers you on every step.

The Pilates Body

Pilates bodies are strong, elongated, and toned. Many of your favorite celebrities have ditched the treadmill and stairmaster for the strong results of Pilates. Here are a few problem areas Pilates focuses on.
