Saturdays at 9AM are all about you. Our beginner-friendly yoga class mixes easy stretches, calming breath work, and a little mindfulness to help you shake off the stress of the week.

Beginner-friendly yoga isn’t about bending into a pretzel (though props to anyone who can). It’s about showing up just as you are and improving little by little with each class.

 

At The Well, we keep things simple, relaxed, and welcoming — helping you move, breathe, and grow at your own pace.

"What Do I need to Bring?"

Yoga is all about simplicity. You only need to bring water with you. We have a number of yoga mats and yoga blocks available for use. If you have yoga equipment at home, we certainly encourage you to bring it so our mats can go to those students without.

What is this Class Like In Person?

We get it — trying something new can feel intimidating. But at The Well, our yoga classes are all about comfort, community, and meeting you where you are.
