What Is Cardio Burn?

Cardio Burn is a cardio-based group fitness class that mixes amazing music with fun fitness moves to get your whole body engaged.  We've got 45 minutes to burn 400 calories or more, step up to the challenge and Burn With Vern!

Do I Have To Be In Shape For This Class?

Cardio Burn is a full-body workout that is perfect for every fitness level. Is it challenging? Of course, every effective workout is. However, it's not about doing everything perfect, it's about moving your body, and getting better with each day. Coach Vern provides modified movements to increase or decrease the intensity for every student. 

This Looks Too Hard!

Any new workout class will look challenging. But let's make a deal... How about you grab a free class pass and try it out? If it's too hard, just stop and take a break. We just ask you to give your best effort and enjoy yourself. The best part of our community, is everyone it amazingly supporting and will encourage you every step of the way!
