Start your morning off strong with this 45- minute full-body workout. Designed for all fitness levels, Wake Up and Work will help you move, sweat, and feel amazing—all before the workday begins.

Line Dancing

Step into fun with our beginner-friendly Line Dancing class! Whether you’re new to line dancing or have been at it for a decade, you're going to love this exciting class that will get your heart rate up, and laughing all night long

Sculpt

Tue & Thu @ 5:30pm

Sculpt is a strength training class all about building lean muscle. With controlled movements and targeted exercises, you’ll feel stronger. No jumping, no pressure—just a supportive space to build your strength and confidence.
