New Daytime Classes @The Well

Are evenings and weekends not convenient for you? We took a look at our calendar and realized that all our events were scheduled during those times, leaving out those with flexible work schedules or those who have retired. But guess what? Everything is about to change starting this Monday!

Introducing our brand-new daytime classes, launching on Monday, June 19th, and we're certain you'll adore them. We understand that not everyone's schedule aligns perfectly, but we're thrilled to present the following options:

Zumba Gold: Mondays & Wednesday @ 11:00am - 11:45am

MixxedFit Noon Burn: Mondays & Wednesday @ 12:15pm - 12:45pm

Zumba Gold is tailored specifically for older adults or retirees seeking a low-impact class to stay active and keep moving! This class incorporates straightforward choreography that raises your heart rate without any painful jumping. We can't wait to have you join us for this fantastic session!

MixxedFit Noon Burn is a 30-minute class designed to make you sweat out those calories in no time. Whether you're retired or squeezing in a workout during your lunch break, this class will rapidly propel you towards your fitness goals.
