Using dumbbells and low-impact movements, you’ll work every major muscle group through focused sets that are easy to follow but powerfully effective. No jumping, no pressure—just smart, intentional movement that leaves you feeling stronger, more capable, and more confident with every class.

 

Whether you’re new to lifting or getting back into a fitness routine, Sculpt offers a supportive space where you can grow at your own pace and finally start seeing progress that sticks.

Will This Make Me Big & Bulky?

No. Sculpt will increase your metabolism, help you burn more calories while sleeping, help you avoid injury, and create a physique of your dreams. Bodygoals aren't created on the treadmill, they are created in the weight room!

No worries—you’re exactly who this class was designed for. Sculpt is a beginner-friendly space where we take the intimidation out of strength training. You’ll learn how to move safely, use dumbbells with confidence, and build strength at your own pace. Our coach offers modifications, encouragement, and personal guidance every step of the way. You don’t need experience—just a willingness to show up. We’ve got you from there.
