What Is This Class?
Wake Up and Work is a full-body circuit-style class built to energize your morning and keep you moving. Each workout is broken into 3-minute intervals, which means if something feels tough—or it’s a move you hate—it won’t last forever.
You’ll rotate through a variety of stations using aerobic steps, dumbbells, resistance bands, and even a chair to support and challenge your body in different ways. The movement stays fresh, the energy stays high, and the class flies by. Whether you’re brand new or building consistency, this is a fun, no-pressure way to feel stronger.
